Leadership Exchange for Adolescent Health Promotion Plus (LEAHP+) Community of Practice Cohort 3
ASTHO is currently accepting applications for participation in the third cohort of the Leadership Exchange for Adolescent Health Promotion Plus (LEAHP+) Community of Practice. The LEAHP+ Community of Practice will support education and health agencies to work together to improve health education, connect schools to services, and support safe and supportive school environments. Participants will develop state-level action plans that utilize evidence-based practices in schools to improve adolescent health. Overall, this initiative seeks to create a sustainable framework for addressing adolescent health through school-based strategies, ensuring long-term benefits for individuals and communities.

Estimated Period of Performance
Oct. 2026 – July 2027. The project period of performance may be extended if additional funding becomes available.
